Payment Policy – Maths with Shiva
1. Advance Payment
All lessons must be paid for in advance at the beginning of each month.
Example: If there are 4 Saturdays in the month, please pay for all 4 lessons in the first week.
2. Missed Lessons / Cancellations
No refunds will be provided for missed lessons.
If a lesson must be cancelled, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
I will do my best to offer an online alternative or provide work to complete at home.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Late Payment
Payments not made by the 7th of the month may result in the lesson slot being offered to another student on the waiting list.
5. Tutor Absence / Public Holidays
If I am unable to conduct a lesson due to personal reasons or public holidays, I will provide a make-up session or credit the lesson to the following month.
I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to help manage time and resources efficiently while offering the best possible experience for every student.
